Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. IST are processed the following business day Monday through Friday. Holiday and Weekend orders are processed the following business day. Additional Information Orders cannot be shipped to international, APO/FPO and P.O. Box addresses. All orders are subject to verification. We constantly strive and endeavor to create unique statement pieces with superior quality and design; we are a footwear design house and not a wholesale manufacturing unit. In order to continue providing a superior shopping experience to you, we cannot accept footwear being returned due to style issues. Every order is individually crafted based on your requirements and hence once it has been manufactured, offering to exchange it for a different style is not feasible. In case of the packaging being damaged at the time of delivery, we request you to kindly not accept the package and inform our customer care on supportaprajitatoor.com immediately of the same. We will either provide you with a replacement pair or offer online store credits. In case of any material defects or quality issues with the footwear, you can return the footwear to us and we will replace the same earliest. However, please do note for the footwear to be accepted for return due to quality issues, we will require of same being intimated to our customer care within 7 days of receipt.
